Windtech Inc. has the expertise, experience and equipment to build custom stators to Customer specifications. Our manufacturing facility in Mexico enables us to offer high quality fabrication and assembly services at a lower cost than competitors. We can do everything from prototyping one or a few stators to a full production order of several thousand stators.
Our custom stators can have up to 80% slot fill, and can be integrated with electronic control boards or Hall Effect sensors for use in motion control, feedback and other applications. We can also do encapsulation, potting and varnishing.
Windtech can design and fabricate the complete tooling required for bonding, machining, end lamination placement, forming, varnishing, testing and all other required steps. We can also work with Customer-supplied tooling.
Each and every stator that we make is fully tested; we do not do batch sampling. We subject our stators to an array of electrical tests and mechanical verification before sending them to our Customers.
